The AJ4 has multiple strong batch options. The gap between mid-tier and top-tier is meaningful on this silhouette — the netting texture and Air unit visibility are the tell-tale details.

Sizing: Most AJ4 batches run half a size large. Size down 0.5 from your regular Nike size. The Flight Club and Valentine's Day colourways are unisex — women typically order 1.5 sizes down from their women's size.
What to check in QC photos: The three critical areas on the AJ4 are the mesh netting on the midfoot panels (should be tight and consistent), the Air unit visibility from the side (should be clearly visible with correct colour), and the heel tab stitching. If the netting looks loose or uneven, request a replacement before approving.
Colour-sensitive colourways: For the Toro Bravo and Imperial Purple specifically, ask for a natural daylight photo. Warehouse lighting makes reds look more orange and purples look more blue. The daylight photo is the only reliable colour check.
