Select your silhouette and go through the checklist alongside your QC photos. Check each point as you verify it in the photos before approving.
Open your agent's QC photo gallery alongside this checklist. Work through each item in the order it appears — don't skip ahead. Check an item only when you've actually verified it in a photo, not when you think it's probably fine. The difference between "probably fine" and "verified in photo" is where most QC approval mistakes happen.
For construction-sensitive silhouettes like Jordan 4 and Jordan 11, request specific photos if the standard set doesn't cover all the checkpoints. A close-up of Jordan 4's midsole netting and an indoor flash shot of Jordan 11's patent leather are the two most commonly missing photos from standard seller QC sets.
If you fail a QC check, don't approve. Request additional photos or request a different pair. The batch comparison guide notes which construction details are most variable within each batch — knowing what's likely to vary helps you interpret borderline photos more accurately.
